ENTERPRISE CLASS The Enterprise 201 class is running two projects this year: The F1 in Schools Project and Market Stall Project. Two groups of students are preparing business plans, marketing plans and products for their Market Stalls to be held at The Birthday Bash on Friday 15 May. The Groups "Best Bandanas" and "Sweetz" have been busy both at home and at school planning, preparing and testing some of their products. the students have been learning lots of new skills in the process, but are thoroughly enjoying themselves as well. F1 IN SCHOOLS PROJECT The students have been working well so far this term. Students are still seeking sponsorship for this project (monetary and mentoring support), and are completing a folio presentation as well as designing a miniature F1 racing car. The cars are powered by C02 cylinders. Two teams have milled a car each and ae almost ready for action. On Friday 15 May at Pioneer's Birthday Bash a miniature F1 track was set up to display and race the cars. The Channel 7 News Crew was there to capture this fantastic project as were students, parents and on-lookers. The students will compete against other schools in the region on Friday August 28 at Mirani High School. VENTURES Students in ENT201 have successfully created their own "small business" selling their products at Pioneer's Birthday Bash on 15 May.
